New Development Project Underway | June 2012

Oates Investments | Cable & Kilpatrick recently broke ground at 2305 Fulton Avenue in Sacramento. The former Great Valley Chrysler site sat vacant and abandoned for years. This brand new ±3,167 SF retail/sales redevelopment project includes open office with impressive glass-line storefront, warehouse with two 16'x8' roll-up doors and is located on a ±0.8 acre commercial lot. This project is scheduled for completion Q3 2012.

The Developer Showcase was a complete success!  As a Showcase Sponsor, we had prime placement inside the event with a fun "Minute-To-Win-It" theme, and the best give-away of the night: the official Buzz Oates Bobblehead!  This was the first Showcase Buzz had attended in years, and it was amazing to see him signing bobbleheads all night.
